As befits a real brasserie, the cuisine at Moulins is uncomplicated and not as formal as in a restaurant, but nevertheless always of a high standard and French with a local accent. The quality of the Moulins cuisine is also down to the produce, where the kitchen team relies on suppliers from the region and focuses on the seasons so that the high-quality ingredients can be used as freshly as possible.
